TMZ reports that Kanye West is the latest musician to be in talks with the show, but a source tells us that the rapper joining the show is highly unlikely.
A source close to the show tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that, while Kanye was asked to be a part of the show as a judge, the chances are very slim based on money. According to TMZ's report, sources say the show would have to match new judge Mariah Carey's salary of $18 million, "at least."
