Miley Cyrus And Her New ‘Do Do NYC
Miley Cyrus was spotted shopping in New York City’s East Village on Friday (Aug. 24) — though it’s not hard to do given her eye-popping new ‘do. The 19 year old was looking fashionable (and far less like Robyn) as she strutted down the street in her combat boots, denim shorts and an Army-print long-sleeve shirt tied around her waist. And while Miley’s platinum pixie cut was met with quite a backlash last week, the upcoming Two And A Half Men guest star seems to still be happily standing by her hair-raising decision.
